Rob Leinbach

Principal

Rob brings over 20 years of real estate and legal experience to Cadence. Rob was most recently the President and Chief Operating Officer for a Canadian-based real estate private equity group of companies where he directed the growth of the US operations from 2007 – 2016. In his role, Rob was involved with the management of approximately $4 billion in assets throughout North America including over 100,000 acres of land and over 25 active developments of all real estate asset types.

Rob was an attorney with Heller Ehrman LP and later Wolfe Leinbach, P.S. Rob received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, his M.B.A. from European University (Barcelona, Spain), and his Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College. He also sits on the Board of Directors for First Place AZ, a non-profit organization ushering in a new era of housing and community development for individuals with autism and neuro-diverse abilities./p>
