Rob Moriarty

Acquisitions, Central Region

Mr. Moriarty is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing acquisition opportunities for Realterm Logistics in the Central region of the United States. Prior to joining Realterm Logistics, Mr. Moriarty worked on JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets team, where he underwrote more than $3.5 billion in closed transactions for asset disposition, recapitalization and equity placement. Mr. Moriarty holds an MS in Urban Planning with a concentration in Real Estate Development and a BA in Architecture from the University of Kansas.
