Ron’s real estate experience includes representing commercial real estate developers, investors and capital providers in negotiating joint ventures in the hotel, restaurant, senior housing facility, multifamily, office and retail spaces. Ron has a particular focus on the hospitality sector, where he regularly advises owners, operators and developers of hotels, resorts and mixed-use real estate developments. His experience includes representing buyers and sellers of individual hotel assets, portfolios and management companies, negotiating management and franchise agreements involving virtually all of the major hotel brands as well as independent operators, advising on leasing transactions, representing borrowers in complex financing arrangements, and handling residential management, marketing and license arrangements for mixed-use projects.
A native New Yorker, Ron has lived in both New York and Florida and is admitted to practice in both states.
