Peter M. Rooney is responsible for the acquisition and development of SARES•REGIS Group’s commercial and industrial real estate portfolio. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Rooney has overseen the acquisition of approximately 75 commercial/industrial properties totaling 33 million square feet with a value of approximately $2.3 billion. Prior to joining the Sares Company, Mr. Rooney worked for a major East Coast institutional investor where he was involved in the purchase of residential, retail and commercial properties with an approximate value of $600 million.
Mr. Rooney graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Mr. Rooney is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
