Charlie Rose is Senior Director of Structured Investments with Invesco Real Estate (“IRE”). Based in Newport Beach, Charlie is primarily responsible for growing and managing the commercial real estate credit lines of business with an immediate focus on North America.

Charlie joined IRE from Canyon Partners Real Estate (Canyon), where he was responsible for sourcing and relationships across the western U.S. and closed transactions totaling over $3.0bn of total real estate value. Prior to Canyon, he was with Pacific Urban Residential and Rosen Consulting Group.

Charlie is a graduate of Stanford University (B.A.) and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A. with Honors). He is active as a member of the Urban Land Institute where he serves on the Urban Development Mixed Use Council; the Stanford Real Estate Council; and the board of directors of the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust.
