Russ Parker is the owner and managing partner Parker Properties, Inc. and directs the consultation services and project development for the company.
Since 1976, Parker Properties has provided asset management and development services on over seventy five projects and fifty clients throughout California.
Parker Properties is an industry leading developer that has created innovative and iconic places to work and play. Projects of Parker include the Pacific Life Insurance Building and the Microvention Campus in Aliso Viejo, Summit Oaks campus in Valencia-Santa Clarita leased to Advanced Bionics, and Market on the Lake and Gateway Shopping Center in Mission Viejo. Parker Properties recently completed the final phase of the 15 building, 1.8M sf Summit office campus.
Mr. Parker has been involved in retail, industrial, and office properties with an emphasis in office, mixed use projects, and his passion for understanding the “next great workplace”.
Prior to his role with Parker Properties, Russ worked with Allergan, CBRE, JMB Realty, and Kennedy Wilson. Russ has sold Fuller Brushes, ophthalmic and dermatological lines to pharmacies, managed leasing and marketing activities for business parks in the Inland Empire, as well as high rise office buildings in Beverly Hills/Century City, and advised clients such as Merlone Geier, Disney, Pacific Life Insurance, and Pulte Homes.
