Ruth is a partner in KPMG’s Alternative Investments practice in New York and specializes in serving real estate clients.

Ruth has 17 years of experience auditing a broad range of real estate operating companies, construction contractors, private equity investment partnerships, managed account platforms, and fund managers. She is experienced in multiphase engagements and coordinating with professionals in various domestic and international locations. Ruth provides insight on technical accounting matters that arise during transactions and implementation of new accounting standards.

She also provides insight for clients on all aspects of their business, including audit, tax, and advisory. She has well-rounded experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal control, and audit issues related to the real estate and construction industries. Her experience includes U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting, fair value investment company accounting, as well as income tax basis reporting.
