Ryan Gonzales is a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap an joined the firm in 2015 as an agent specializing in Healthcare properties. As a national investment advisor with over 30 years of experience, he is responsible for providing real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies, and is an advisory for physician practices, health systems, developers, private investors, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity firms, and investment funds. In his career, Mr. Gonzales has been involved in more than $2.0 billion dollars in investment sales and financing since 2000. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Gonzales served as Principal of SierraUS West a national full-service commercial real estate brokerage where he represented several independently owned businesses, local franchises and national credit tenants in landlord and tenant lease negotiations. He is a highly effective business leader who is adept at assessing client needs, building rapport and trust and closing deals. Mr. Gonzales is a graduate of the University of Colorado where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a member and involved in several industry related organizations, including NOIPG and ICSC.
