Dana Sayles has a long and diverse history in the California real estate industry, and brings her extensive expertise to every client and development venture with three6ixty.
Dana served as the Vice President of Development at John Laing Homes Urban. At JLH, Dana maintained responsibility for the overall success of forward planning the Division’s projects valued at $350 million. She oversaw a project management team responsible for product selection, budgeting, design, entitlement, and implementation, from project inception through project close-out.
From 2002-2005, Dana was a Development Director for Urban Pacific Builders LLC, a Long Beach-based real estate company focused on providing urban housing through the development of adaptive reuse, in-fill, and affordable housing communities in the western United States. At Urban Pacific, Dana was responsible for the entitlement, planning, development, and construction of over 1,000 units of high-density, urban-infill and affordable housing.
In the early years of her career, she served as a Senior Project Manager for FORMA Design, Inc., an Irvine-based master-planning, landscape architecture, and graphic design firm. Dana started her career in Planning working for The Katherman company, a Los Angeles based consulting firm specializing in entitlements, public affairs, and community and governmental relations.
Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University’s College or Architecture, Art and Planning, as well as a Masters in Planning from the University of Southern California. Dana currently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Culver City, and is a licensed member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
