Ace Schlameus is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Austin office. As a 15-year commercial real estate veteran, with a decade of experience in Austin, he has completed over 400 assignments totaling more than 6 million square feet.
Ace specializes in repositioning underperforming office, flex and industrial assets with the goal of achieving maximum exit value for institutional landlords. Armed with an understanding of each owner’s goals.
Ace is currently responsible for leasing nearly six million square feet of institutional assets in the Austin area for KBS Realty Advisors, Clarion, Trammell Crow Company and GLP, formerly IndCor Properties.
Additionally, Ace represents select tenants in site search and lease negotiations for headquarters, regional offices and R&D operations. For R&D locations, Ace specializes in identifying flexible and efficient opportunities that provide maximum long-term growth potential and allow the firm to make intelligent capital decisions.
