Evan Schwimmer

Evan Schwimmer is responsible for development and acquisition activities in Northern California for The John Buck Company. His development work is currently focused on the Park Tower project, a 750,000 SF office tower under construction in the Transbay District of San Francisco. Evan has over 14 years of experience working in acquisitions, development and construction, most recently at Starwood Capital Group and The Irvine Company prior to joining JBC.

Evan is a member of ULI and NIAOP and he holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.
