Shawn Hansen

Managing Director, Investments

Shawn Hansen is managing director of investments for Greystar. He is responsible for Greystar acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions throughout the Southwestern US, including Southern California, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Denver. Prior to joining Greystar in 2011, Shawn worked at Moran & Company where he focused on the sale of institutional-quality apartment communities throughout California and the Pacific Northwest. Shawn is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He received his bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Southern California.
