Matthew Stone serves as the President and CEO of Seneca Investments, bringing the experience of a 20+ year career including: the successful development of 35 commercial real estate projects with a total value over $750 million, five major multifamily renovation projects, property types including multifamily (24 projects, 5,000+ units), senior housing (5 projects), office (3 projects), and hotels (2 projects).
Matthew also brings experience from other positions held during his career. He was formerly Vice President with a real estate equity brokerage firm, as well as loan officer for a major bank where he underwrote and originated over $500 million in construction loans, as well as lines of credit, bridge loans and mini-perm loans. He is also a former associate with Oliver Wyman, a global strategy and operations consulting firm.
