Executive Vice President Health & Life Science Division

Thomas is the Executive Vice President of Signorelli’s Health & Life Science Division responsible for strategy and operations in all developments throughout the Southwest region. Valley Ranch, Signorelli’s flagship 1450 acre master-planned development is located at the intersection of Grand Parkway and I-69 and includes the Vivacity Health & Life Science District, Towne Center Retail, Commerce Office District and the Entertainment District.

Thomas has 25+ years of commercial real estate experience leading and expanding national operations for a variety of development and acquisition platforms including office, healthcare, life science, hospitality, institutional, data center and multi-family. He is responsible for attracting investments into Signorelli’s assets and development platform for all product types. He also oversees the firm’s national business development and economic development strategies and is a member of Signorelli’s executive committee.

Prior to joining Signorelli, he was a Senior Vice President for CRESA based out of Raleigh-Durham, NC where he was responsible for establishing a new market for Tenant Representation and Project Management. Additionally, he was a key member in establishing and expanding Duke Realty Healthcare into a premier development platform in the Southeast and Southwest regions based out of Atlanta, GA. His experience includes advisory engagements with numerous Federal agencies, national REITs and international investors through his company, Healthtrek. He participates and is a member of ACHE, ASHE, BOMA, BIO and ULI.
