responsible for underwriting, portfolio management and servicing of ccfg’s real estate portfolio
directly responsible for a team (17 fte) of underwriters, servicers, portfolio managers and loan closing associates

led doral property finance’s underwriting, portfolio management and servicing departments. acted as chief architect for credit structures including use of subordinated debt and development of facility structures (repos; trust structures etc.)

ing clarion (2008 – 2011): managing director
portfolio manager for a $400MM fixed income fund investing in cmbs, subordinate and distressed debt.

cit (2005 – 2008): managing director
began a national real estate structured finance debt plaform for cit. responsible for originations and overall strategic direction

wells fargo (1999 – 2005): senior vice president
built out a de-novo new york office for real estate lending in the tri-state area. overall responsibility for start-up, hiring and day-to-day management of the platform.
