Tom Paterson

Head of Portfolio Management and Co-Head of Operations

Tom is responsible for optimizing firm performance through effective management of resources and talent. He also oversees Lionstone’s Portfolio Management, Asset Management, and Development Services teams. He joined Lionstone in 2007 and has served as a portfolio manager for several of the firm’s value-add and core investment accounts. He became a partner at the firm in 2016. Prior to joining Lionstone, Tom received his MBA from The University of Texas where he specialized in real estate finance and private equity. Prior to that, he spent four years as a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served clients such as ExxonMobil, Shell Oil, and ConocoPhillips. Tom earned a BBA in finance with a minor in accounting from The University of Texas.
