Tony Lindsay

Principal

Tony Lindsay has been involved in real estate for more than 20 years working with investors, landlords and clients in a wide variety of industries and property types. As Principal of Asset Management, Tony is responsible for creating and executing the business plans for North Wells Capital’s and Urban Innovations’ real estate investments. Prior to joining NWC in 2017, Tony acted as Vice President of Construction for Urban Innovations (2003-2017). Together Tony’s construction experience and hands-on approach to our real estate portfolio, create a unique ability to both trouble shoot problems and maximize value for our investors. Tony is a graduate of Purdue University’s Construction Management program within the School of Technology.
