A native Texan and graduate of Baylor University, Travis Kelly acts as Vice President of External Affairs for Texas Central Partners, LLC. Travis manages Texas Central’s marketing, state and local government affairs as well as public, stakeholder and media relations.
After working for a Dallas-based not for profit to raise the profile of high-speed rail among elected officials in Texas, Travis works to support Texas Central’s efforts to bring high-speed passenger rail to Texas.
