Berick Treidler develops custom tools for CBRE and uses third-party solutions to integrate information in order to provide strategic advice to clients. Current projects include: CBRE VIEW, a global application used to track sale and lease comparables; CBRE RPDW, a U.S. database used to track occupancy characteristics for office, retail and industrial buildings; Bolt, an iPad app used to analyze and present leasing activity; Gateway, a US-based custom construction cost comparable application; Argus Enterprise, a robust financial modelling tool which details operating income and expenses; and Salesforce, a customer relationship manager focused on connecting companies to real estate opportunities.

He is collaborating with CBRE Research to enhance our processes to collect and manage real estate industry data on properties, companies and professionals. The Research team is also developing client-facing information deliverables to ensure our clients have the relevant information needed to make business decisions. Collectively, the focus is to ensure CBRE has a dynamic platform with the right people, the right process and the right technology to deliver world-class results to our customers.

Mr. Treidler is based at the CBRE World Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. Previously, he was the Managing Director of CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services in Southern California overseeing 50 professionals and approximately 3,000 assignments annually. He has been with CBRE since February 1987.
