Trey Caldwell is a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap and joined the firm in 2014 as an agent specializing in multifamily properties. He is a member of the Dallas office’s Fluellen │ Hoover Multifamily team, which closed 53 transactions in 2018 with an aggregate value in excess of $500,000,000. Mr. Caldwell’s core business concentration and primary area of expertise is advising private-client owners on 75-unit and above assets located in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to transitioning into the investment sales arena at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Caldwell experienced a successful sales career in the automotive industry and graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
