With over 10 years of experience as an Interior Designer, Heather is passionate about leading organizations through the strategic design process. She defines success as enabling her clients’ largest asset, their people, to be more productive by working more efficiently and effectively.

Heather is an expert in engaging with clients through conceptual brainstorming, design development, programming, and construction documents. Her sharp eye for in interior and graphic design has allowed her to create spaces that are tailored to a client’s specific business challenges. She understands the importance of collaborating with clients and striving to ensure their vision is realized.

She guides clients through their thoughtful investment to ensure their work environment is a highly effective tool to connect and engage their people. Heather intentionally designs timeless physical environments that integrate technology, the right furniture solution, and artifacts of culture in order to enhance employee performance. BG Group, Invesco Aim, Texas Instruments, and Sysco are great examples of Heather’s commitment to her clients and their vision for their space.

Heather’s positive attitude and unwavering focus have made her an asset to many projects. Her expansive knowledge of products, materials and construction methods, has allowed her to maintain loyal, established relationships with clients and to continuously meet their budget and scheduling expectations.

Heather is an Associate Principal at PDR and is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. She is a Registered Interior Designer in the State of Texas who graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Design.
