Warren W. Wilson is Executive Vice President of CDC Houston, Inc., a subsidiary of Coventry Development Corporation of New York. In his role with CDC, he is principally responsible for the company’s Springwoods Village master planned community project and the company’s land holdings in Martin County, Florida.
The 2000 acre Springwoods Village project was launched in 2010 with the ExxonMobil campus and the community is now home to Southwestern Energy, CHI – St. Luke’s, American Bureau of Shipping, and Hewlett Packard Inc. campuses. In addition, a wide variety of hospitality, retail and residential offerings are open with additional retail and office space under construction. Hewlett Packard Enterprise has also announced plans to relocate its Houston campus to Springwoods Village.
Prior to joining Coventry in 2011, Warren held management positions at The Rouse Company and its successor, General Growth Properties.
