As Regional Senior Vice President of Duke Realty’s Texas Operations, Jeff is responsible for the leasing and management of more than 17 million square feet of industrial and office properties in Dallas and Houston. He also works to identify acquisition and development opportunities, new land positions and prospects for build-to-suit development.
Jeff joined Duke Realty in 2001 and served as Vice President of Industrial Leasing. He was responsible for the development and marketing of a more than 13 million-square-foot industrial portfolio before being promoted to Senior Vice President, Dallas Operations in 2007.
Prior to joining Duke Realty, Jeff was Leasing Manager at Insignia/ESG where he leased and sold both office and industrial properties for institutional owners including Aetna Life Insurance Company, Weingarten Realty, J.P. Morgan, John Hancock, and The Blackstone Group.
