Patrick joined SRS in 2016 with more than 10 years of transactional brokerage experience in the commercial real estate industry with an emphasis on the Nevada, Arizona, and Southern California markets. Along with Matthew Mousavi, Patrick co-founded the National Net Lease Group for SRS where they lead a single, investment sales platform that handles all net lease transactions for the firm nationally.

Patrick focuses on single-tenant NNN-leased investments, including national portfolios, sale-leasebacks, and zero cash flow transactions. Patrick is constantly expanding his exhaustive database of single-tenant NNN investors and is fiercely dedicated to understanding and achieving the goals and objectives of his clients.

Representative transactions include the $51,000,000 sale of a Lifetime Fitness in Las Vegas, the $38,000,000 sale of a four-property LA Fitness portfolio and more than 40 individual drug and dollar store sales.
